• - Returning date will be extended as borrowing period from the date of renewal.
• - Materials unable to renew :
• · Reserved books and overdue books cannot be renewed
• · If you have overdue books, renewals are not permitted

• - If all the copies of materials in need are checked out, make a reservation to get first when it is returned
• - We will contact you by SMS (Notification) immediately upon returning the materials according to the reservation order
• - Reserved books are held in circulation desk for 3 days then your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you fail to check-out reserved books, you will loose the book reservation privilege for 7 days

• ● Overdue
• • If you have overdue borrowed items, below penalty will be imposed.Suspended for the same number of days as the books are overdue(examples: 1 books are 5 days overdue → 1 books ×5 days= 5 days suspension)
• - Alumni, Expelled students, Students on a leave of absence : All certification-issuance will be suspended.
• ● Lost
• • Lost or damaged books must be compensated with identical items even though it was uncontrollable
    When the compensation can not be made with an identical item, it should be compensated twice to the original price in accordance with library policies
